Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges are Rs. 200, but we offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 3,000.

A: Absolutely. We only sell 100% original BioAqua cosmetics, sourced directly from authorized suppliers.

A: BioAqua products are formulated to be gentle and are generally safe for all skin types. However, we recommend doing a patch test before full use.

Q: Do your products have expiry dates?
A: Yes, all our products come with clearly marked manufacturing and expiry dates.

A: We accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered. Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
